We will work with organizations to create comprehensive sailing programs, accessible to youth from all backgrounds, complete with mentorship and leadership training. Our initiatives include scholarships and financial support, ensuring sailing is within reach for aspiring young sailors. Additionally, our mentorship programs connect them with experienced sailors for skill development. We're building a supportive community where young sailors can thrive, fostering camaraderie and a lifelong love for sailing.
